I believe the chicken, er, duck, er purple thing with feathers is protesting Lexington, MA's recent decision to eliminate its unreliable GPS-based 9-1-1 dispatch service in favor of the tried-and-true method of two lanterns and a horse. Kim
are we sure this person actually thinks 911 was an inside job? Maybe they are actually trying to dissuade people of this idea, by making it look like people who actually believe that are the kinds of people who also dress up in purple feather suits.
